• You need to volunteer to take part at the festival before 15th of November 2011, by submitting an application to the organizing committee or sending the application form and program of the solo performance (up to 30 minutes) to e-mail: velykakoliada@gmail.com
• On the 16th of November, at 19:00 pm conductors or representatives of collectives, which want to take part in the festival are invited to the meeting to talk over the dates of solo performances. The representatives of the collectives from other cities can find out about their performance date by telephone or e-mail.

Term of participation in the Final Gala concert is performing of the obligatory compositions and Christmas carols of Lemkivshchyna in solo concert performances.

The participants will receive:
notes of the obligatory compositions;
sufficient conditions and place for the performance;
press coverage of the program and events of the festival;
diploma and memorable sign of participant.
